Living it up!

Had a nice surprise on February 1, 2012 from Adam...he bought Blazer club tickets from Scott and Jenny for us to attend:) I love, love LOVE going to Blazer games! He knows what is lady likes;)

We went an hour or so early before the game to meet up with Scott and Jenny and enjoy some perks of club seats at a Blazer game, including free buffet food before the game and free food and non-alcoholic beverages during the game until after half-time. A pretty saaaaweeet deal! We had delicious food before the game and LOTS of yummy snacks were had during the game! I think we ate our tickets worth:) Popcorn, icecream, soda, water, and many other free treats. Not to mention the Blazers absolutely blew out the other team! DOUBLE WIN:)

Canadian Tuxedos

On January 20th, Adam and Chris FINALLY had their house warming party and only six months after moving in;) They picked a pretty amazing theme for the party...denim. The turn out was one of the best EVER. Everyone turned up in their best (or worst) denim:) The photos from the night really speak more than I ever could so please enjoy:)
Kudos Adam and Chris to a party well done!
 Yep, we're THAT awesome.
 Group shot!
Having fun with Carly, Crystal, Racheal and Jaime:)

Margorie & Rachael day of fun:)

I got to spend a little one on one time with Adam's mum, Margorie on January 16th since I didn't have to work. Andre and Margorie had a Bahamian vacation planned for early February and Margorie needed some reading material. We went on a hunt for new books at Barnes and Noble, shopped and had coffee while at the mall and also stopped at Best Buy to pick up some new computer speakers for Andre to listen to his Serbian music station:)
It was nice to have some time to chat, just the girls and I can certainly see where Adam gets many of his wonderful qualities:)

Serbian Christmas

Somebody got to celebrate Christmas twice this year!! I was invited to spend Serbian Christmas (celebrated on January 7th) with Adam and his parents:) Another first, but who is counting;p Adam and his family are Orthodox so they celebrate on the 25th of December as well as January 7th. We enjoyed another lovely meal-his mum Margorie sure can cook! as well as watched some footy together. I love hearing about Adam's family traditions and getting to be a part of them makes me feel super special:)

Thanks for being AWESOME 2011!!!

This year for New Years Eve, Adam and I decided to party hop between two equally fun parties with great friends. We started the night with the Millicans-Jeff and Racheal and the Shaubs-Dustin and Jaime and brought in 2012 with a whole host of good buddies at Scotty and Jenny's. I feel very lucky to have such a fantastic group of friends to spend my time with:)

Sensational!

Well folks, it finally happened. After years of boycotting and refusing to make the leap, guess who jumped into the current century (technology wise)?? This girl. That's who. At the end of the year with Christmas money I got myself a new HTC Sensation 4G smarty phone and am L.O.V.I.N.G it so far. My goal...do not be consumed by my new awesome computer phone;)

Happy Christmas to all:)

A change in holiday tradition for the Fetrows this year. With Caleb working unusual hours at the airport, we decided to do a Fetrow Christmas brunch and open gifts in the early afternoon. Adam and I spent Christmas morning together (our first:) and then he headed off to have early breakfast at his parents. We met up at my parents' house for brunch and gifts with my family around 1:00 pm. It is ALWAYS a fun time at the Fetrow house:) Especially on holidays!
At around 4:00 pm, Adam and I headed to his parents to have Christmas dinner with them. We ate, drank and relaxed in what can only be called a much quieter atmosphere than my place haha, but it sure is nice to have both worlds...my family and Adam's:) Have I mentioned how lucky I am??
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
