One busy week in May!

The week of May 7-13 was one crazy busy and exciting week of fun for Adam and I:) Starting with the Black Keys concert Monday night, we got tickets from Chris since he was going to be out of town. Adam and I met up with my friend Mo and her friend who bought Chris' extra two tickets from us after work and had dinner at Red Robin before the concert. The concert was pretty darn good! VERY loud haha, I must be getting old;) but great. Adam loved it:) They played all my favorite tunes and many I had never heard. The Arctic Monkeys opened for them making for a great night!

Tuesday after work I got a wicked good massage from my masseuse friend Racheal and then it was off to the movies with Adam, Carly and Sean:) Cinatopia for the Avengers to be exact! We used our groupons so the 3-D experience came complete with a large free popcorn;) The Avengers. If you haven't seen it yet, DO IT!!! Such a fabulously wonderful movie!!!! Great story, awesome action and of course hilarious characters. I can't wait to see it again:P

Wednesday brought only more excitement as our friend Kasey was back in town from Vietnam and he got the whole gang together to eat some wings, drink some beers and shoot the breeze at FOTM:) Kasey has only been gone for a few weeks, but already it was good to see him! Plus wings and deep fried oreos at FOTM makes me smile every time! What a great way to spend hump day Wednesday, with great friends:)

Thursday night after work Adam and I went to have dinner with Andre and Margorie, Adam's parents:) I love spending time with Adam's folks. They are both so unbelievably kind to me, make me feel welcome and right at home and we can laugh together. I'm happy to be apart of their family:)

After dinner, we headed over to the Kasprazak-Millican household for our friend Jaime's Wheel of Fortune viewing party! Jaime was one of the contestants during Portland's go green week. She did awesome! Made it all the way to the final and even though she didn't win the final puzzle, she won $1,000! WAY TO GO JAIME!!

Friday Adam and I joined my family: mom, dad, Caleb, Livy and Addy at Busters' BBQ to celebrate my dad's birthday:) We sure were quite the crowd! Can't go wrong with the Fetrows and BBQ lol. Happy birthday dad!!! Wishing you many more happy years of celebrating:) I love you!

Saturday afternoon, Adam, my mom, Livy, Addy and I went to meet up with the Buzos and the Gesslers to see non other than our little Alexis play Flopsy rabbit in a community play of Peter Rabbit:) What a fabulous job she did!! I couldn't be more proud of her:) She had a fairly large role and played the part superbly!!! She is going to do wonderfully entertaining things that little one;) Can hardly wait to see what the future has in store for our little actress!

Sunday was spent loving on mothers:) Happy Mother's day Mom and Margorie!!! Adam and I met my mom and dad at the Milwaukie Farmer's Market for some wandering, visiting and breakfast:) Could not have asked for a more beautiful morning to enjoy the market! After parting ways with my parents, Adam and I went to meet up with some friends, Dustin, Jaime, Racheal, Jeff, Jaime and Alisha joined as well out on the Columbia River:) Dustin borrowed his mum's boat and took us all out to Government Island to spend the day playing on the beach and in the water:) PERFECT weather! A good 4 hours out on the water in the sun with fun friends=nice little taste of summer! Can't wait to do it again soon!

After our river time, Adam and I changed and headed to his parent's place for Mother's day dinner with his mum and dad:) Spent the evening eating, chatting and enjoying good company out on the patio. A great end to a long and eventful week of adventures:)
