Seaside getaway for two

This last weekend, May 18-20, Adam and I headed out early from work to the coast for a little us time:) We haven't been to the beach for ages so a good trip was in order. My mom was able to get us a couple of rooms at our Seaside timeshare resort for Friday and Saturday night.
Adam and I spent Friday afternoon walking around and exploring the wacky touristy stores of Seaside and wandering the beach. It was perfect weather and perfect company;)

Had a lovely dinner including crab, steak, shrimp and baked potatoes at Doogers then back to the resort for some hot tubbing! After hot tubbing, we got dressed and went out to explore some Seaside night life. Ended up at a couple of bars, one ended up being a pretty fun kareokee bar-which I happen to love;p Adam and I made some friends and had a super entertaining night out in Seaside.

On Saturday morning, Jeff and Racheal drove down to spend the day with us:) Adam and I had breakfast at Dundee's donuts and met them out on the promenade.

Together we wandered a bit around the stores of Seaside including eating Pronto Pups and playing Fascination! (lots of winners in our group;)

Then we rented some three-wheeled beach bikes to really get on the move!

YEEEAAAAHHHH!!!!

After our beach biking adventure, we had some much needed chill time on the beach and then headed to Mo's in Cannon beach for chowder! Man alive, that dinner was just what I wanted to warm and fill my tummy up after all that biking and walking around:) We even managed to get in an after dinner beach walk before Racheal and Jeff headed back to Portland. Thanks for a fun day Jeff and Racheal!!! What a WONDERFUL weekend with my babe!!!
