Get your stretch on!

Remember when I mentioned trying the new form of torture?? Whoops, I meant to say yoga;) HOT yoga to be exact, 102 degrees actually. Well, in December I was upposed to do some Bikram with my friend Jessie, but she went and got all knocked up (kidding Jess) so...instead with my free sharing spree from Bridget (thanks B!) I convinced Adam to join me:) SHOCKING, I know:) He was curious so I extended the "survival challenge" haha.
The first class went better than expected, but was still SO difficult. Adam was such a trooper and did amazingly well!! So proud of him for trying something new and crazy different:)
Best part was...we got to do it together:) Aaaaand he liked it! My bf is awesome!

Master Fetrow

Two days after flying home from a fabulous trip to Mexico, Saturday December 17th to be exact, was my commencement ceremony from Concordia! I finished my final classes in June so I nearly forgot it completely! I felt very proud, loved and supported that morning:) So glad to have my parents, Caleb, Adam, Sunshine, Addy and Livy there to support and cheer for me:)
You may now refer to me as Master Fetrow;) Next step...GET A TEACHING JOB! (lol)

Hola Mexico!!

Way back in May, two of my close friends Jeff and Sheena booked an all-inclusive trip to a resort in sunny Puerto Vallarta. They invited several of their closest friends (who rock I might add) to come too. Turns out it was too sweet a deal for 8 of us to pass up!

So...on December 8th, Adam and I flew to PV with Keli and Joey to meet up with Jeff, Sheena, Jenny, Scotty, Chris K, and Chris B, who had already been there for a few days. Here's to a week of sun, fun, lots of free booze and food:)

We stayed at the adults only Golden Paradise Resort. Adam and I had a room on the top floor with a wonderful view of the ocean! With free drinks 24/7, there was hardly a dull moment:) One of the highlights of the trip was our snorkeling adventure day. We spent a whole day on a boat exploring different parts of PV.

We also played water tequilla volleyball EVERY afternoon! Good times, good times. The food wasn't amazing, but free is hard to complain about!

All in all it was a fun-filled week with a GREAT group of friends I love:) I could hardly choose from pictures to post, but here are a few of my faves:)

Adam's bday ♥

December 6th was a special day....Adam's birthday!! I wanted to wish a Happy Birthday to the most wonderful, handsome, funny, charming, loving boyfriend:) I love you Adam Sapina and can't wait to see what 29 has in store for you and us!! ♥ ♥

Giving thanks:)

I love Thanksgiving! This year I got to have two:) It worked out perfectly for Adam and I to get to spend Thanksgiving with his parents and Friday with my family.
At Adam's parent's, we watched football, ate delicious foods and drank merrily. It was a perfectly lovely afternoon with Andre, Margorie, Adam and Maggie (their pup:)
On Friday we had dinner with my mom, dad, brother Caleb, nieces Addy and Livy and Chris. Quite a bit louder and more eventful than the Sapina's, but such a great time!
This was our first Thanksgiving together and it was one worth remembering! I'm so very grateful for two fabulous families to spend my time with ♥

Happy 29th to ME!!!

I HAVE SOME CATCHING UP TO DO!!! :)

For my 29th birthday party, Alicia and Kelli planned and hosted a themed party for me on November 4th....Snowpants or no pants LOL! Alicia and I came up with the theme;) Needless to say, we had an awesome turnout and hilarious no pants happening:)
 Birthday shots!
Thanks to all my close friends who came out to celebrate the start of a brand new year and here's to another year older and wiser? Whoops! I mean wiser!

To infinity....AND BEYOND!

Another Halloween came and went with fall weather and leaves at it's heels. I like Halloween. Always have. Something about dressing up in character and seeing carved pumpkins, eating candy like there is not tomorrow and don't forget the scary movies:) This year, nearing my 29th birthday, is no exception!

I am a big fan of the clever, semi-homemade costumes as of a few years now and came up with a great idea for my roomie and one of my best friends, Alicia and me...Woody and Buzz from Toy Story:) Naturally I wanted to be the spaceranger lol. I must say, we looked pretty darn awesome! I even had a fun day of craft and costume making with my nieces Olivia and Addy to prepare:) What GREAT help those two talented girls were! I owe most of my amazing costume to their expert advice and creativity. (Insert shout out to my two favorite munchkins here...YOUR AUNTIE RACHAEL LOVES YOU!!)
Alicia, Adam, Chris and I went out downtown on the Saturday before Halloween. Ended up meeting up with some friends and doing a bit of bar hopping, which is always a good time:)
 Space Cowboy Chris and Woody
 :)
That cord was out of control!
On actual Halloween, Monday this year, Adam and I had pumpkin chili and cornbread at my sister Sunshine's house with Addy and Livy (DELISH;) and then Adam and I went to a few of our favorite places on Hawthorne including OUR place...Zac's Shack:) A delightfully Portland hot dog bar where we had all our best first encounters when we first began dating and getting to know eachother earlier this year. Such WONDERFUL memories:D
Zac Shack hotdogs are A-mazing! So is this fella;)
LOTS of ♥ here!
