We arrived around 4 or 5 and headed straight for the beach to walk around, frolick in the waves and feel the sand in our toes. Even got to say hello to my parents who were on their way home. My dad gave us the special job of distributing colorful shells he had bought on the beach for kids to find:) Just like the Easter bunny!! But with shells of course.
For dinner, we fancied a walk into the small town of Depot Bay and ended up at an "Irish pub." The food was decent and the beers good, but it was far from an Irish pub lol. After a chilly walk back we made it to the hot tub for about 15 minutes before it closed. Saturday was spent enjoying coffee, sunshine, waves, dogs and silly kids on the beach before heading home to meet up for Timber's pre-game drinks with good friends:)
