Huh? I won 7 feathers???

To preface this post about Adam and I spending a weekend at the Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville last weekend I will say that I won this trip! Yep, you heard it right, I actually won something:) Before I share about another wonderful weekend spent traveling around with Adam I'll share a bit about what led me to win this great trip!

In a previous post I shared some Blazer game pics from back in March. This is the game that Adam got us tickets to. YAY date night!! However, also in March, Adam was not so lucky enough to recieve a broken nose during a basketball game:( He may have scheduled his surgury to fix said nose for only a day or two before our date at the Blazer game, "don't worry, I'll be up and ready to cheer in no time at all!!" he said to me excitedly. Guess who was right about that one? ;)

Blazer date night came and sadly Adam was in no shape to go so he gave me the tickets and I took my next biggest Blazer fan friend Mo. Walking in with Mo we were approached by two fellas who asked if I wanted to play a game at the end of the quarter...name that country song with another girl. I was apprehensive at first, but Mo talked me into it. So, the end of the third quarter came and I went down to play-they showed it on the BIG screen mind you:) And guess who knows her country artists and songs!!? This girl. My prize was a two night stay at Seven Feathers Casino Resort complete with $40 to spend on food and $150 to spend at the spa!! I told Adam it was good karma for us, making up for him getting a broken nose. If he hadn't broken his nose I would have gone to the game with him and most likely NOT been approached by two guys to play a game:) Needless to say, he was happy with my win.
We finally found a weekend that worked perfect to take advantage of this free fun, last weekend. Together, we made the drive to Roseburg, Canyonville to be exact, on Friday after Adam got off work. Arrived, checked into a very nice room and headed downstairs for some free wine tasting. Off to a grrrreat start! After tasting 4-5 wines it was REALLY time to get the fun going! Bring on the BINGO:) Did I say BINGO?? How about 4 hours of BINGO!! Turns out 4 hours of BINGO is intense and a bit much lol, but we enjoyed ourselves, had a good laugh and didn't win a thing, lame! After a late and crappy, but free pasta dinner it was off to bed. Driving is exhausting after all.
Dabbing like crazy!
Not quite as easy as I thought, but I'm learning:)
Pretty sure he loved every minute of it!
Saturday was spent sleeping in a bit, lunch and footy watching at the casino sports bar and then it was off to our couples' massage:) Mine was given by a very large and Fabio looking fellow. Adam got the chick. It was a VERY relaxing and awesome massage. We drank cucumber water in comfy robes, had a soak in the hot tub and even sat in the steam room for a bit. It.was.lovely. I'm sure we'll be doing that again soon:)

There was a Timbers match on later in the evening, but it wasn't showing at the casino so after calling a few sports bars in Roseburg (there are literally only 3 that qualify) we found a place showing the game and drove the 30 minutes to have a few brews and cheer on the boys. However, once we arrived we realized we had recieved false information and the game would not be showing at that place:( Boo!!! We grabbed some Dutch Bros and drove to the other 3 "sports bars" in Roseburg to no avail. Adam found the game on the radio so we drove around and listened instead:) During the half we took an adventure drive up Boomer Hill that made me carsick haha, but the view was amazing!

 Crazy Timber's fans:)
Can't leave out the whip!

Instead of taking advantage of the pool, we played in the arcade for a bit:) The pictures really say it all here haha. We played skeeball, basketball, and air-hockey winning enough tickets to buy two horses!!!! AWESOME!
Adam was very excited about the horses lol:D

After the arcade we were a bit tired and loopy, but lucky for us the Timber's match was shown on the telly so we got to watch after all and wind down after being silly on the way back to the room.
 The Seven Feather's Eeeeeeeaaagggglleee!!!
Sunday morning was very relaxing even with an 11:00 checkout. We had a surprisingly delicious breakfast in the casino restaurant, we watched the final U.S.A. vs. China cup match (tough break U.S.A.) then hit the road to make it back in time for Adam's basketball double-header, which they won!!
GO TEAM DOUG FRESH!

All in all it was another fabulous weekend spent traveling around with Adam:) Another enjoyable trip to add to the list!!
