I'll be your cuddle bunny

As Adam and I were waking up this morning, observing the weather and how dark and dreary it was outside, I looked at him and said, "this kind of weather is the best :) Time for cuddling and snuggling under blankets together and not being sweaty all the time!" He just smiled at me and agreed. Summertime is so beautiful and gorgeous in Oregon, but being sweaty for 3-4 months is not awesome. It reminds me of living in Thailand where I was literally sweaty for an entire year straight. I'm sorry, glooowing :) Even in the "winter," which felt more like early fall in Oregon. I eventually got used to being sweaty 24/7, hey, no makeup required! But I love to be bundled up and cozy during the winter months. Visiting my brother in Italy for the month of April during the year I was living in Thailand was a much desired break from the sweatiness aaaaannnd I was able to wear some sweaters, cozy scarves! Bonus.

Got a little side tracked there reliving some amazing memories didn't I? Back to the most wonderful time of the year... November, December, January and usually well into February are what I like to call 'prime cuddle months' whether you are single or coupled. These are the months where napping any time you feel like it is totally acceptable, especially now that we have fallen back in time and it gets dark at 5:00 p.m. Lame. Nothing makes me want to sleep more than when it's dark outside. On a side note, I could NOT imagine functioning normally while living in Alaska where they have months of only darkness! How do people get anything done? Anyhow...to sum up, I'm a fan of cuddling. Whether the cuddling be on my own with a cozy blanket, snuggling with a pet or my handsome-always-runs-hot temperature-wise boyfriend, cuddling is one of my favorite things about this time of year :) So if there is ever a time I fail to respond to a call or text message there is a good chance you can find me cuddled up on my couch taking a nap. You've been fair warned :)
